Most people arrive a little nervous. That's completely normal. What I've found over hundreds of sessions is that the right direction, lighting, and pace make all the difference. By the time you're selecting your images, most clients are surprised by how much they love what they see.

What if I'm not photogenic?
Almost everyone says this before their session, and almost no one says it after. I guide you through every expression and pose in real time, so you always know how you're coming across. The challenge for most clients ends up being choosing between too many good options.
How many outfits can I bring?
Up to 4 outfit changes are included. Your pre-shoot style guide will help you choose pieces that photograph well and feel authentically like you.
Where does the session take place?
All marathon sessions take place at Studio 25, my downtown Naperville studio, a versatile, light-filled space at 25 W. Jefferson Ave that works beautifully for a range of looks and styles.
What if I want more than 2 images?
That happens a lot. Additional images are available at $250 each, or you can purchase 4 images for the price of 3 if you decide on the day of your session. You select exactly which images you want edited, nothing is saved afterward, so your selections are final.
What if I need something more custom?
If you're looking for a branding session, lifestyle photos, a larger team shoot, or simply more time and planning, a private session might be a better fit. Available on select dates starting at $650. Reach out and we can talk through what makes the most sense for you.
What if I can't make the next marathon date?
The Headshot Marathon runs once a month. If the current date doesn't work, you can join the priority list and be first to know when the next one opens up.
